Housing Inspections
There are housing inspections scheduled by Nutrien Harcourts Griffith for the 1.10.2020 and 9.10.2020. If you have not received notification please alert me.
Electrical or Plumbing Issues
If there are any plumbing or electrical issues big or small or you have noticed leaking taps please notify Waddi Housing immediately as I need to get these attended to before the Christmas break.
Property Clean Ups
All vacant properties and properties that have just been sold are been attended to by the Murrumbidgee Council – Darlington Depot with cleaning the yards up. This will happen over October.
Air-Conditioners
Air-Conditioners will all be serviced during October 2020.
