Housing Inspections
Housing Inspections were recently undertaken in May 2021. Maintenance issues will be addressed over the next six months. November 2021 will be the date scheduled for the next round of inspections.
Electrical or Plumbing Issues
If there are any plumbing or electrical issues big or small or you have noticed leaking taps please notify Waddi Housing immediately.
Property Clean Ups
Any major property clean ups can be organised by the Corporation however the Tenant occupying the lease will be responsible for the costs involved.
Air-Conditioners
Air-Conditioners will all be serviced during October 2020.
